Somewhere around 700 colleges signed up for the ‘Post 9/11 GI Bill’s Yellow Ribbon Program.  It’s quite a program, actually.  What they do is for every dollar you give, they pay for a future veteran’s college payments. It’s quite neat.

It’s simple math, really (much unlike that blasted SAT).  There has been a significant rise of in-state college applicants due to the harsh economic climate in Jersey, and likely all across the country.  In addition, more high school students are applying for financial aid, which is no big surprise.
